Brookhaven Care offer supported living arrangements for adults who have autism spectrum condition and require support to maintain recovery from mental health while they develop skills for independent living. Some may require support to manage behaviour and other things that prevent them from having a positive presence in the community.
You and your family will tell us what we do well and what we need to change. We will meet regularly with you to discuss how we are doing and what we need to do to make things better.
