Soper Drive House is a five bedroom facility situated in quiet a cul-de-sac location. It boasts easy access to public transport, many social amenities and is half a mile from Caterham-on-the-Hill and the high street. We have taken advantage of the generous space provided by the accommodation, making sure every tenant has access to their own toilet and bathroom. The easy to use modern facilities in the kitchen mean every tenant can be proud of their living environment. The communal areas and the garden allow plenty of space for relaxation.
Our building is highly recommended by the authorities who allow this type of living arrangement. They are particularly pleased with the location, space and the things we have provided to support your activities of daily living. We will maintain this standard by checking regularly and make changes when things appear to not work well. This will be something the manager will be responsible for.
We have access to Soper Drive and also two individual flats. We are constantly looking to provide independent living as our residents develop.
